About Course

Classical Literature II introduces students to selected chapters from the Qur’an and essential Hadith texts, helping learners deepen their understanding of classical Islamic literature.
The course aims to strengthen reading skills, comprehension, and appreciation of the moral, linguistic, and spiritual insights found in early Islamic texts.

Students study specific Surahs from the Qur’an and a collection of Hadith passages that cover prayer, fasting, community life, and Islamic values. This Year-2 course builds upon the foundational knowledge acquired in Year 1.

What Will You Learn?

  • Read, recite, and understand selected Qur’anic Surahs
  • Identify themes, lessons, and linguistic features in Qur’anic passages
  • Study Hadith related to prayer, fasting, community conduct & ethics
  • Understand key moral and spiritual teachings of early Islamic literature
  • Improve comprehension of classical Arabic religious texts
